Defeat Frog Deadite Boss
When it attacks you trying to impale you with it's tail quickly dodge out of the way so that it gets stuck in the ground. Then attack the Frog Deadite with your chain saw and when it opens it's mouth fire about six rockets into it and that should defeat it.
